By visiting, browsing, or placing an order through aurorafarms.pk ("the Website"), you ("the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of the Website.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from using the Website or placing an order. Aurora Farms reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date, and continued use of the Website following any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Aurora Farms is an online fresh produce store delivering farm-fresh mushrooms, colored bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, fresh herbs, and a selection of exotic vegetables directly to customers. We are committed to quality, freshness, and reliable delivery to your door.

3. Ordering

3.1 Placing an Order

Orders may be placed through the Website at any time. By submitting an order, you are making an offer to purchase the selected products, which we may accept or decline at our discretion. An order confirmation sent to your registered email address constitutes acceptance of your order.

3.2 Order Cut-Off Times

To ensure freshness, orders are subject to cut-off times for next-day or same-day delivery. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be scheduled for the next available delivery slot.

3.3 Order Accuracy

You are responsible for reviewing your order before submission. Aurora Farms is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect quantities, product selections, or delivery details entered by the customer. If you notice an error after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@aurorafarms.pk.

3.4 Order Confirmation

A confirmation email will be sent once your order is received. This email serves as acknowledgment only. Aurora Farms reserves the right to cancel or modify any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, or delivery constraints, with prompt notification to you.

4. Products & Availability

4.1 Fresh Produce

All products sold by Aurora Farms are fresh, perishable agricultural goods, including but not limited to mushrooms, colored bell peppers, cherry tomatoes, herbs, and exotic vegetables. As living, seasonal products, their availability is subject to change without notice.

4.2 Product Descriptions & Images

We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, natural variations in color, size, shape, and weight are inherent to fresh produce and do not constitute a defect or grounds for return.

4.3 Seasonal & Limited Availability

Some products are seasonal or grown in limited quantities. If a product becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will notify you and offer a suitable substitute of equal or greater value, or a refund for that item - whichever you prefer.

4.4 Weight & Quantities

Where products are sold by weight (e.g., grams or kilograms), the weight indicated is an approximation. Actual weight delivered may vary slightly and is subject to standard fresh produce tolerances. You will be charged only for the actual weight dispatched.

5. Pricing

5.1 Displayed Prices

All prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. Prices do not include delivery fees, which are calculated and shown separately at checkout.

5.2 Price Changes

Aurora Farms reserves the right to adjust product prices at any time due to market fluctuations, seasonal availability, or supply costs. Price changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

5.3 Promotions & Discounts

Promotional offers and special pricing are valid only for the stated period and under the stated conditions. They cannot be combined with other offers unless explicitly specified. Aurora Farms reserves the right to withdraw promotions at any time without prior notice.

5.4 Pricing Errors

In the event of a pricing error on the Website, Aurora Farms reserves the right to cancel the affected order. We will notify you promptly if this occurs.

6. Payments

We accept the payment at the time of delivery. We accept payment:

• Cash on delivery (COD).

• Online bank transfer at the time of delivery.

7. Delivery

7.1 Delivery Schedule

Aurora Farms delivers 6 days a week, Monday through Friday 9:00 AM-5:00 PM and Saturday 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM (excluding public holidays) . Same day delivery is made when order is placed before 1:00 PM. Our delivery schedule is subject to change during adverse weather, or unforeseen operational disruptions.

7.2 Delivery Areas

Delivery is available only in Karachi. In DHA & Clifton areas delivery is free and for other areas of the city delivery charges may apply. Aurora Farms reserves the right to add or remove delivery areas at any time.

7.3 Delivery Time

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, third-party logistics, or other factors beyond our control. Aurora Farms will not be held liable for delays outside our reasonable control.

7.4 Delivery Responsibility

Risk and responsibility for the products pass to the customer upon successful delivery. Once delivered and accepted, Aurora Farms is not responsible for the storage or handling of products.

8. Cancellations

8.1 Customer Cancellations

You may cancel an order without charge before it is delivered. To cancel, contact us by phone or at info@aurorafarms.pk.

8. Aurora Farms Cancellations

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to:

• Stock unavailability or quality issues

• Pricing or product errors

• Inability to deliver to your location

• Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized activity

9. Quality Complaints

If you receive produce that is:

• Significantly damaged upon delivery

• Not fit for consumption upon arrival

• Materially different from what was ordered

Please do not accept it, return it to the delivery person and do not pay for it.

10. Customer Responsibilities

By using our Website and placing orders, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal, delivery, and payment information at all times.

• Ensure someone is available to receive your delivery or provide safe-drop instructions in advance.

• Store fresh produce appropriately upon receipt to maintain quality.

• Use the Website for lawful personal or household purposes only.

11. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Website to:

• Engage in any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive activity.

• Place orders with no intention to pay or receive delivery.

• Scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Website without authorization.

• Interfere with the operation, security, or integrity of the Website.

• Impersonate another person or entity.

• Resell Aurora Farms products commercially without prior written agreement.

Aurora Farms reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts found to be in violation of these prohibitions.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Aurora Farms shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:

• Your use of or inability to use the Website.

• Delays in delivery caused by factors beyond our reasonable control.

• Loss of product quality due to improper storage after delivery.

• Errors or inaccuracies in product information.

Aurora Farms' total liability for any claim arising from a specific order shall not exceed the value of that order.

Aurora Farms does not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for any third-party content, services, or practices. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
