Return Policy: Perishable Exotic Produce

1. No Return Policy (General)
Due to the highly perishable nature of fresh mushrooms, exotic vegetables, and herbs, we generally do not accept returns once an order has been delivered and signed for. Fresh produce is sensitive to temperature and handling; therefore, we cannot maintain food safety standards for items that have left our delivery chain.

2. Quality Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are required to inspect all items immediately at the time of delivery.

• Refusal at Door: If any item is found to be spoiled, damaged, or incorrect, you must refuse that specific item, do not make the payment and hand it back to the delivery agent.

3. Eligibility for Return or Replacement
A return or replacement will only be considered if:

• The product delivered is significantly different from what was ordered (e.g., wrong variety of mushroom).

• The product is visibly spoiled or damaged upon arrival.

• Evidence Required: You must provide clear photographic or video evidence of the damaged or incorrect items.

4. Exclusions
We do not offer returns or replacements for:

• Subjective Preferences: Variations in size, color, or shape that are natural to organic and exotic produce.

• Change of Mind: Orders cannot be returned if the customer simply changes their mind after delivery.

5. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at no charge up before the delivery. Once the order has reached the destination then cancellations will not be accepted.
