Due to the nature of perishable items, we have a specific return policy to ensure customer satisfaction while maintaining product integrity. Since, our payment option is C.O.D therefore, please check your order before making the payment.

 

1. Freshness Guarantee: We guarantee that all our products will arrive fresh and in good condition. If your order does not meet these standards, please immediately return it to our delivery person.

 

2. Eligibility for Returns:

 

Damaged or spoiled items: If your product arrives damaged or spoiled, please inform us by phone or email and return it to our delivery person & do not make any payment.

 

Incorrect items: If you receive the wrong item, please notify us & return the product without making any payment.

 

3. Non-returnable Items: Due to the nature of perishable items, we cannot accept returns, once they have been delivered. Therefore, please check your order before making the payment.

 

4. Shipping Costs: In case you return any of our items immediately after receiving it via our delivery person then no shipping cost will be charged.
